Proximal Solution was founded in 2023 by Usama Shahid with a singular conviction: world-class US financial services should not be a privilege reserved for large corporations with large budgets.
Entrepreneurs in Pakistan, India, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond were forming US LLCs, earning US income, and building US businesses, yet they struggled to access the precise, trustworthy accounting and compliance support they needed.
